Groups

Students in Kung-fu School ABSOLUT are divided into 3 main groups according to their age:

  • children from 4 to 6 years old;
  • children from 7 to 12 years old;
  • “13+” (teenagers and adults).

Training for the little ones is focused on healthy growth and physical development. During the training kids become familiar with the basics of kung-fu. Also they develop good coordination, flexibility, agility, rapidity of reaction and moreover they become more disciplined.
Training duration: 50 minutes.
Clothing: sporty and comfortable.

Group for children from 7 to 12 years old.
Trainings for this particular age of children are directed to uncover their inner potential, natural instincts, develop their stamina, self-motivation, self-discipline and leadership skills. Students learn to be responsible and respect elder ones.

This age group studies basic techniques of the school Absolut which includes striking, throwing, grip fighting, ground fighting, both long range and short range combats and various weapon techniques. They also start working with special equipment.
In process of training students gain harmonic all-round development, skills that are needed to stand up for themselves, become more confident and last but not least they learn how to appropriatly and adequately use their knowledge and skills.

Training duration: 1,5 – 2 hours.
Clothing: the Club’s training uniform.

Starting from this age range children have an opportunity to join the Select Team of Kung-fu Club Absolut! The membership involves extra training hours and participation in local competitions, national and world championships.

“13+” group.
The age of 13 years old is the first step into adulthood. This very moment coincides with the transition to the senior group of our school that enforces the significance of this important phase.
Being among adults teenagers find themselves like ones.  From now on every promoted student sets the example for younger ones, that makes him much more responsible, hard-working, enthusiastic. It gives strong motivation to self-analysis witch is a very good instrument for the further improvement.

Adult training is aimed at the internal techniques of kung-fu, development and application of the innate powers, the increase of physical endurance, mental stability, the ability to make right decisions quickly maintaining inner calmness and confidence. Very important to emphasize that all trainings are health-oriented and help to gain mastery of self-control in a real battle and in life.

Training duration: 2 – 2,5 hours.
