Certainly, it is also a\u00a0way of self-improvement. We practice here bagua style which\u00a0belongs to the internal styles of <strong>kung-fu<\/strong>. The primary objective for us is\u00a0to\u00a0develop both physical and spiritual qualities\u00a0of each and every student. Thus, along with\u00a0development of\u00a0flexibility, agility, speed, coordination, strength, endurance as well as\u00a0concentration, emotional control and determination\u00a0student finds balance of\u00a0his\u00a0mind. In addition to\u00a0basic training there are groups of neigun (internal spiritual\u00a0discipline).<\/p>\n<p>Above all,\u00a0<strong>Kung-fu Club ABSOLUT<\/strong>\u00a0is also a family (the home from home) with\u00a0high moral principles.\u00a0Education of the will and cultivation the spirit is part and parcel\u00a0of every student&#8217;s life. During the training we prepare our students for various true-life situations, so they\u00a0could always stand up for themselves, for their lives.<\/p>\n<p>In our<strong> club ABSOLUT<\/strong> youngsters have an opportunity to give themselves a try by taking part in competitions. This additional experience in fighting with other schools\u2019 students gives them a chance to have their acquired skills tested and, furthermore, to consider the advantages of bagua style and authorized methods held in <strong>Club ABSOLUT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Select Team Absolut represents our school at different competitions. We customarily take part in such contests as full-contact, K1 (kick-boxing), Sanda (wushu kung-fu), Muay Thai (Thai boxing), MMA (mixed martial arts), etc.<\/p>\n<p>The Club&#8217;s life is\u00a0fully\u00a0conducted\u00a0by Sifu (the Teacher) &#8211; <strong>Bagua Master Igor Turchin<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0He has been engaged in martial arts since he was 4 years old. He\u00a0studied different types\u00a0and styles, taking into consideration all its\u00a0strengths. He has been practicing bagua for\u00a0more than\u00a035 years. Also, he is one of the founders of &#8220;Wushu (Kung-fu) Federation of Israel&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Currently <strong>Master lives and practices in Canary Island Tenerife<\/strong>, where seminars and master classes take place.
